This questionnaire is intended for members of the Isle of Man public to report respiratory symptoms. Some general questions about yourself and what symptoms you are experiencing are listed below. You can also take part on behalf of other people, for example household members including children.
Participation is entirely voluntary, and you will remain anonymous. All information collected is for epidemiological surveillance purposes only, to better understand symptoms and spread of seasonal respiratory illnesses on the Isle of Man. All analysis is carried out on anonymous datasets.
Data collection will run throughout the winter period, and will inform analyses presented in the Winter Surveillance Report (https://covid19.gov.im/surveillance). To ensure data collected is robust and representative of the population, and to improve our interpretations of the data, we always want to increase the number of people completing the questionnaire.
